Spaghetti Squash with Parmesan Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 medium-sized spaghetti squash
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 stick of butter
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- Use a paring knife to prick the squash all over.
- Place the squash in a baking dish and bake for 1 hour or until soft.
- Cut the squash in half, and scoop out the seeds.
- Using a fork, scrape the flesh in strings into a serving bowl.
- Add Parmesan, butter and then season to taste with salt and pepper.
