Cheese Burger with Miracle Whip Burger Sauce

Cheeseburger with MIRACLE WHIP Burger Sauce

Ingredients:

  •  1 lb. lean ground beef
  •  1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
  •  1 Tbsp. chopped CLAUSSEN Kosher Dill Pickles plus 2 tsp. pickle juice
  •  1 Tbsp. HEINZ Tomato Ketchup
  •  1 tsp. HEINZ Yellow Mustard
  •  1/8 tsp. each garlic powder and onion powder
  •  4 KRAFT DELI DELUXE Process American Cheese Slices
  •  4 lettuce leaves
  •  2 tomatoes, each cut into 4 slices
  •  4 hamburger buns, toasted

Directions:

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Shape meat into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties. Grill 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (160ºF). Meanwhile, mix MIRACLE WHIP, pickles, pickle juice, ketchup, mustard and dry seasonings just until blended.
  3. Top burgers with cheese; grill 1 min. or until melted.
  4. Place lettuce and tomatoes on bottom halves of buns; top with MIRACLE WHIP mixture and cheeseburgers. Cover with tops of buns.

 

Creamy Steak Sauce Cheeseburger

Creamy Steak Sauce Cheeseburgers

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. A.1. Original Sauce
  • 4 KRAFT White American Cheese Singles
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 red onion slices
  • 4 hamburger buns, toasted

Directions:

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Shape meat into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties. Grill 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (160ºF). Meanwhile, mix MIRACLE WHIP and A.1. until blended.
  3. Top burgers with Singles; grill 1 min. or until melted.
  4. Place lettuce and onions on bottom halves of buns; top with MIRACLE WHIP mixture and cheeseburgers. Cover with tops of buns.

BLT Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. HEINZ Yellow Mustard
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked, rinsed
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 4 cups shredded lettuce

Directions:

  1. Mix dressing and mustard until blended.
  2. Combine macaroni, bacon and tomatoes in large bowl. Add dressing mixture; mix lightly.
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  4. Serve over lettuce.

American Classic Potato Salad

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups quartered unpeeled small red potatoes
  • 3/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo
  • 1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
  • 8 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives

Directions:

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water in saucepan 15 min. or until tender; drain.
  2. Mix mayo and mustard in large bowl. Add potatoes, bacon and chives; mix lightly.
  3. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

BBQ Cheeseburgers and Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg. (14 oz.) KRAFT Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
  • 1-1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
  • 6 KRAFT Singles
  • 6 hamburger buns, toasted
  • 6 lettuce leaves
  • 6 slices tomatoes
  • 6 watermelon slices

Directions:

  1. Heat greased grill to medium heat.
  2. Prepare Dinner as directed on package. Meanwhile, mix meat and 3 Tbsp. barbecue sauce. Shape into 6 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  3. Grill patties 7 to 9 min. on each side or until done (165°F), brushing occasionally with remaining barbecue sauce. Top with Singles; grill 1 min. or until melted.
  4. Fill buns with burgers, lettuce and tomatoes. Serve with macaroni & cheese and watermelon.
