Christmas Charcuterie Tree
Put together your very own Christmas Charcuterie Tree to brighten up your holiday party! This platter is sure to put a smile on all of your guests' faces as they gather around the holiday table.
What you will need:
- Provolone Cheese, 1/4" slice for the star and cubes for decorations
- Raspberries
- Whole green olives
- Kale leaves
- Salami, thin-sliced
- Genoa salami, 1/4" slices
- Prosciutto, thin-sliced
- MB Colby Jack, cut in chunks
- Pretzel sticks
- Blackberries
- MB MildCheddar, cut in chucks
- Green grapes
- Red grapes
- Peppadew peppers, jar
- Small star-shaped cookie cutter
- Charcuterie board
Directions:
- Prepare the charcuterie board by lining the kale to make the bed for the tree ingredients.
- Stick 5-8 pretzel sticks underneath the bottom of the kale bed, to imitate the Christmas tree trunk.
- Cut a 1/4 inch slice of the provolone cheese and use a cookie cutter to cut out the star shape. Place star on top of the kale tree.
- Begin placing one line of ingredients at a time, alternating between fruits, meats, cheese, etc.
- Serve immediately & enjoy!
